TORSO

TORSO, founded in the mid 80ies and were never to break through in an international context, reunite in order to make their adolescence dream come true again. they produce a "comeback album" ("once and for all") with old and new songs to be armed and ready for a second coming.

TORSO manages to equally convince with slow emotional ballad type songs as well as in high energy uptempo heavy rock. often slow and uptempo elements are combined within the same song.

outstanding songwriting is based on rock solid rhythm work and powerful but often melodic heavy rock guitar. distinct rock vocals leave the listener keeping on humming the main chorus line, on and on and on.

TORSO endorses a change of the fact that primarily anonimously synthesized and dancable crap is nowadays dominating the hit lists. the band is convinced that classic rock indeed can and should produce hit songs again like in the 70/80ies.

the members of the TORSO power quartett are well experienced powerful performers who individually contribute their personal favourite musical input to the project. joe eden and andy hunter, the brothers-in-rock, represent the rock solid creative core of TORSO with over 20 years of successful artistic collaboration.
